  • Adam Gnabasik

    Adam Gnabasik

    President / Managing Partner Partner, dealing with issues of strategic management and finance. He has an MBA of the University of Minnesota in 2002, obtained in the SGH and Carlson School of Management WEMBA program. In 1985-1991 he received a master's degree in chemistry at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and has completed doctoral studies in the field of molecular spectroscopy. For many years associated with the ICT, financial and capital market – he managed several large projects for both government and private investors. With UBIK Business Consulting since 2007.
  • Krzysztof Kowalczyk

    Krzysztof Kowalczyk

    Partner Warsaw School of Economics graduate (Information Systems Management, 2001). He has a CEMS Master's Degree in International Management awarded by the Community of European Management Schools (2001) and the additional title of Economic Studies in German (Deutsch-Polnisches Akademiker Forum, in cooperation with the University of Duisburg and the University of Mainz).

    Professional experience includes the implementation of E.piphany CRM package in Procter&Gamble's branches in the UK and the USA (2000), the management of Internet start-up (System Internet Provider, 2000), the introduction of the Lycos Europe's portal on the Polish market as Director of Content and Technology (Lycos Poland, 2001) and work as a consultant for McKinsey & Company (2003-2004).

    In the years 2001-2008 Krzysztof Kowalczyk was an assistant at the Warsaw School of Economics in the Department of Economic Science and a lecturer in the Warsaw Executive MBA and CEMS (Community of European Management Schools - Master in International Management).

    Member of the Polish Information Processing Society (PTI), the Scientific Society for Computer Science in Economics (NTIE), a member of Mensa Poland and founder of the Internet Society (ISOC) Poland. As part of the PTI he is one of the experts included in the PTI Board of experts. He is also an accredited examiner European Certificate of Computer Skills (ECDL) and ECDL-A (advanced level).

  • Wiesław Grochowski

    Wiesław Grochowski

    Partner, Automotive Market Consulting Graduate of Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Electrical Engineering) – he specializes in automotive market and telematics.

    Professional experience includes the advertising and marketing, trade, modernization and expansion of businesses. From 1990 until now occupies the positions of directors of marketing and advertising. Since 1995 has its own advertising agency. He dedicated last 3 years to develop products to monitor the phenomena involved in the process of communication and transport based on the use of modern technologies in the field of telemetry and telematics.

    He is a member of Rotary International where he takes an active part in the organization of large charities balls. In 2005 in the Polish Olympic Center he has established a new Rotary Club "Warszawa Żoliborz" that supports disabled athletes.

    Hobbies include photography from his journeys (he issued three calendars). He actively cultivates Tennis, Cross & Mountain biking, alpine skiing and swimming. Passively - snowboarding, windsurfing, volleyball and bridge.
