  Krzysztof Kowalczyk

  Founder and Managing Partner of UBIK Business Consulting, specializes in Strategic Management and technology startups. Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics (Management of Information Systems, 2001). He holds CEMS Master’s Degree in International Management from Community of European Management Schools (2001) and additional degree in German Studies in Economics (Deutsch- Polnisches Akademiker Forum, in cooperation with University of Duisburg and University of Mainz).
  
  His professional experience includes E.piphany CRM package implementation in Procter&Gamble divisions in Great Britain and USA (2000), co-managing Internet start-up (System Internet Provider, 2000) and introducing the Lycos Europe portal to the Polish market as Head of Content and Technology (Lycos Poland, 2001). He was also a Management Consultant with McKinsey&Company (2003-2004).
  
  Between 2001-2008, Krzysztof Kowalczyk was an assistant professor at Warsaw School of Economics with the Faculty of Business Informatics and a lecturer in Warsaw Executive MBA and CEMS (Community of European Management Schools - Master in International Management) programs.
  
  Member of Mensa Poland and founding member of the Internet Society (ISOC) Poland.

  Michał Bonarowski

  Managing Director Journalist in the past, currently specialist in communication in Internet.
  
  In 90s he worked in traditional media, then in electronic ones, especially in those using internet as a platform for reaching to the customers.
  
  Co-founder of the first editions of printed press in internet and the first online information services. He worked for the media and publishers, such as: Newspaper Banking, Businessman Magazine, Weekly Politics, TVP 2, Infor, Onet.pl, IDG, Presspublica, Polish Press Agency. He also co-founded the interactive media program line, actively participated in the creation of websites on the border between information, entertainment and social media.
  
  Currently advisor of funds investing in start-ups and deals with an integrated communication media outside the industry.

  Giacomo Passoni

  Giacomo Passoni holds the position of Executive Manager at UBIK Business Consulting; he is in charge for the recruitment services provided by the company.   Graduated from Bocconi University in Milan, he held a MS in Business Administration. His Master Thesis titled “Entry strategies of foreign banks in Poland” has been brought out by the publishing house libreriauniversitaria.it. He also holds a Master in Human Resources Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
  
  He firstly gained experience in general and management accounting to later work as business consultant in a company focused on the internationalization of SMEs in Poland. He later entered the recruitment industry initially working for Antal International and straight afterwards running his own business providing recruiting, fundraising and other professional services.
  
  He is a member of the Bocconi Alumni Association (BAA) and the Leader and founder (2009) of the Warsaw Chapter of the BAA. He has been from 2008 to 2010 a member of the OSEC Pool of Experts, a Swiss umbrella organization which, upon mandate of the Confederation, helps companies from Switzerland and Liechtenstein develop and expand their activities abroad.
  
  He is fluent in Italian and English, and proficient in Polish.
  
  He won the Italian Minigolf Championship with his team, M.C. Monza, in 2004.

  Mateusz Buchta

  Legal Specialist Mateusz Buchta is responsible for the in-house legal services of UBIK BC. He is specialized in corporate law and company law. He is also focused on the area of civil law. During his daily activities he develops contracts and analysis of issues related to corporate law, commercial law and contract law. He is practicing skiing and climbing.
