Public procurement for the supply of support services for IT Systems in 2007
The following publication touches on public procurement for the supply of support services for IT systems. The analysis touches on the orders, which where announced in the Tenders Electronic Daily from the 1st January to the 31st December 2007. Our experts analysed 90 orders worth 699,55 mln PLN.
This document mainly examines the mode in which public bodies ordered the mentioned services. As it turned out, in case of more than 80% of overall Polish orders, the ordering entities reached agreement with the companies chosen by them, omitting the procedures allowing suppliers to compete on the market.
